• Farm Data: Data you enter about your farm, batches, inventory, finances, and activity logs.
• Device Information: Device type, OS version, and anonymized analytics (for app improvement).
• Usage Data: Actions within the app, error logs, and crash reports (via Sentry/PostHog).
• Subscription & Payment Information: Your plan tier and billing interval when you subscribe. Card details are handled by our payment processor (Paystack); we do not store them.

• To provide and improve the App’s features and services.
• To secure your account and data.
• To analyze usage and improve user experience.
• To communicate important updates or changes.

3. Data Sharing & Disclosure

• We do not sell your data.
• Data may be shared with service providers (e.g., Supabase for backend, Sentry for error tracking) only as needed to operate the App.
• Payments are processed by Paystack. We do not store or process card details.
• We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.

• All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest (Supabase security).
• Access to your data is restricted to you and authorized support personnel only.

• Your data is retained as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service.
• You may request deletion of your account and data at any time.

The App is intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18.
