Kaji Poultry Manager is offline-first poultry farm management software for Nigerian and African farms. It connects flock records, daily operations, feed and inventory, vaccinations and medications, sales and expenses, profitability, analytics and team work in one system.
Farmers can record work on Android even when connectivity is poor, then sync when a connection returns. The same farm can also be reviewed from the web app.

Flock and Farm include one farm. Scale supports up to three farms, with cross-farm control for larger operations.
Will my data sync automatically?
Yes. Kaji syncs automatically whenever you have a connection, and stores everything locally first — so your records are never lost, even in the middle of nowhere.
Can I export reports?
Yes. Flock includes core in-app reporting. Farm and Scale add advanced reports with clean PDF and CSV export.
Is Kaji suitable for broilers and layers?
Yes — broilers, layers, noilers, turkeys, quail and ducks. The daily log adapts to your flock, so the right fields are always front and centre.
How secure is my data?
Data is isolated per farm with role-based access controls, sensitive actions are logged to an audit trail, and payments are processed securely by Paystack.
