1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Use of the App

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the App.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
• You agree not to misuse the App or attempt to access it in unauthorized ways.

3. Subscription & Payments

• Paid plans are billed in Nigerian Naira (NGN) through our payment processor, Paystack.
• Paid plans renew automatically by default at the end of each billing cycle using the payment method you provided, until you cancel. You can turn auto-renew off at any time in the app before the next charge; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
• Cancelling your plan stops future charges and keeps access until the end of the current paid period. No refunds are issued for unused time.
• Downgrades take effect at your next renewal.
• Prices may change. Current prices are always shown in the App.

4. User Content

• You retain ownership of the data you enter.
• You grant us a license to use your data solely to provide and improve the App.

5. Prohibited Conduct

• No unlawful, harmful, or abusive activity.
• No reverse engineering, copying, or reselling the App.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the App in a harmful way.

7. Disclaimers

• The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• We are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from your use of the App.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App means you accept the new Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
